Here is the second newsletter of the new GAABESU Executve Committee(EC) (2009-11).  Swapan Saha, '88EE has complied this volume by collecting news from different sources. Debargha Sengupta '98ARCH has done an excellent job in drafting and nicely formatting the newsletter.  You would note that this volume is quite a bit bigger.  We had to cover lot of news.  Hope you will enjoy this volume and let us know if you have any comments.
